Issue #3 “Food and Mental Heath”
This special edition about Food and Mental health features poetry, personal narratives, and works of creative non fiction as well as resources for food system workers to access mental health services. This special edition is meant to serve as a reader, a cook-let of comforting recipes, and includes art and journal prompts to help readers explore their own mental health and uncolored art work to serve as coloring pages to help you unwind.
Given the importance of the subject matter covered within this special edition we are offering a sliding scale pricing system; please chose the price that is most comfortable for your current financial situation and if you can consider chosing the BOGO (Buy One , GIVE One) option as the number of community funded issues available directly correlates to the number of BOGO issues purchased. Community funded issues will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis and we will do our best to provide one to everyone that requests one but ask that you understand that this entire publication is independently funded.
